Our core range ales

Tasting notes

A smooth pale ale brewed with Australian hops.
With a smooth bitterness and a peachy smell of aroma finished with a well balanced tropical fruity flavour.

Hops & Malts used

Australian Ella & summer hops are added late in the boil to achieve Flavour.
Extra pale maris otter malt is used to keep it light & Torrified wheat is added for a smooth creamy mouth feel.

Tasting notes

A full fruit packed golden bitter with a refreshingly orange crisp bitterness, that leaves you with a floral flavored aroma and hints of chocolate.

Hops & Malts used

East kent goldings hops are added to keep this English style Bitter pleasant, but a very moorish Seshion drink.
Crystal & Chocolate malts are added to give sweetness & caramel notes.

Tasting notes

A mixed variety of coloured malts are used to create a sweet, full bodied ruby ale, With late additions of citrus hops gives this ale a well rounded dry hopped finish.

Hops & Malts used

American cascade gives this ale a citrus bite.
5 different malts are used to create Colour, (RED) sweetness & Malted aroma, 3 of them being.
Cara red, Chocolate & Black malt.

Additions of honey makes this ale
a real moorish session beer,
with a huge hop punch of
lemon & lime hop flavours.

Black chocolate and roasted malts are used to create a dark smooth stout, with a pleasant mild bitterness.

A traditional English style bitter brewed with locally sourced hops & sweet caramel malts gives this golden ale a well-balanced sweet bitter finish.

Crisps Wheat  & Lager malts are added and singled hoped with Motueka hop

Roasted barley is used to as much affect as the east kent golding hops

Crystal amber & cara gold malts are added with English fuggle hops

Tasting notes

Large additions of American
& New Zealand hops impart a
massive hop character to this straw coloured pale ale with plenty of citrus notes, which leads to a
hoppy bitter finish.
A traditional black country mild brewed with complete English local ingredients, with a mixture of dark malts and the finest hops makes it a real, easy drinking session ale.

Hops & Malts used

Marris otter Extra pale malts are used to make it our lightest ale yet with a mixture of Summit, Cascade
 & Rakau leaf hops
Target & Progress hops are used early on in the boil to give a pleasant mild bitterness, so that the black malts can show off as much affect along with the tastefull Cara red. 
​​​Brewed in september to celebrate AJ's brewing birthday but also appears in the year, as its one of our popular brews, some locale pubs serve this ale as there own name 
As We use a blend of Goldings & East kent Goldings hops with additions of Cara Gold malts there was only one name in mind.
Tastes very smooth through the help of wheat and of course the colour is a beautiful  Golden beer.

TASTING NOTES

Named after the head brewer this pale ale really is Dukeys Delight using top quality hops from around the world including Eldorado, Cascade, East kent goldings, Ella making this ale very hoppy and bitter with lots of fruity flavour

Tasting notes

At 6% ABV the strengh of this ale hits you straight away, but is packed with loads of flavour, tasting malty with spicey notes

Brewed using German pilsner & vienna malts and singled hopped with New Zealand green bullet hop

American cascade at three different stages.

The sister beer to the snap, tackle, & prop. Same malts and golden sweet taste but this time with a blend of Golding hops to help the cascade hop achieve there floral flavoured aromas

A hoppy amber ale brewed with New Zealand hops and German malts tasting spicey on the palate with zesty fruity notes and a malty nose.

Fresh whole leaf Kiwi hops are used for bittering, flavour & Aroma. Green bullet & Motueka. German pilsner barley is used for our base malt.

TASTING NOTES

A xmas pale ale brewed with American Summit hops tasting sharp on the palate with a lingering  bitterness and hints of orange but plenty of wheat is used for a nice creamy head feel.
